Very interesting plot. Do you think these children will band together and perhaps halt unwinding all together? Connor and the crew should intertwine very nicely into the story line of this novel. Nice post!
ReplyDeleteThat must have been a great start for the book. I'm interested in reading this book. Each of the people that you listed are said to be unwound. Do you think that they will encounter a family member who still wants to go through with the procedure or will they see the error of their ways and bring them home without any harm?
ReplyDeletethis book's story line is crazy! I have no clue how someone could come up with something like that. What exactly are the concequences of being unwound? is it a nice way of saying being killed?
ReplyDeletethis sounds like a great book so far. you did a good job describing the different characters and the roles they played in the book. you also made it easy to understand the way the author wrote the book and how it is told. i was wondering what it means to be unwound or harvested?
ReplyDeleteWhat is unwound and harvested? It doesn't sound very fun. Are thay able to avoid it or stop it somehow?
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely going to have to read Unwind this summer. So many of you have written about it and it sounds so good! I think it is a great plot device when authors have random characters meet. It happens a lot, but usually with interesting results. I'm sure this book will be no different!
ReplyDeleteDon't forget to include a direct quote in your post somewhere!
This is a good summery of the characters but I think there needs to be more in depth analysis of each character. This way it would be easier to compare and contrast to how they change throughout the novel.
